Returns & Exchange Policy

At Voltix, your satisfaction is our top priority! We want to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you're not satisfied, we've made our refund and exchange policy as easy and hassle-free as possible.

Refunds:

1. If your order doesn’t arrive within 15 days of the shipping date, you are eligible for a full refund. We want you to get your product on time, and if that doesn’t happen, we’ll make it right.
2. If the product is defective or does not charge your device despite being compatible, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange. We’ll work with you to ensure you get a product that works perfectly.

Exchanges:

You can return your product for an exchange if the following conditions apply:

1.If the product arrives damaged or doesn’t work as it should.

2. If your product is not able to charge your device, even though it's supposed to be compatible, we’ll either send you a replacement or issue a full refund.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange:

Please reach out to us at: contact@voltixtech.shop with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any supporting pictures or videos if possible.
Once we confirm your refund or exchange request, we will provide you with the instructions on how to send the product back (if needed). Please make sure the product is unused and in its original packaging when returning.
Once we receive the returned product (if required), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

If the product has been used, or you’ve changed your mind, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange. However, if you have any concerns, feel free to reach out and we’ll do our best to help.

For exchanges due to quality issues or product defects, shipping costs will be covered by us. For other returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping.
